Pure micha or??
This Gull photograped by Gunnar Gundersen 05.02.14 in Indre Lundevågen, Farsund, Vest-Agder, Norway, has made some debate wether it's pure or not.
What do you guys think?

Re: Viking or leucistic argentatus argentatus
Hi Antonio,
To me it looks like a lucistic argentatus, probably a male. Some males are big.
I have caught and ringed male taus in southern norway, with size and weight well over a middelsized female GBBGull.

Looks like a big Male Tatus. I've caught male adult Herring Gull in southern Norway that on size and measurements would, if it was a GBBGull been a big female.

Re: Very small marinus
To me it's pretty obvious that it's not an GBBGull. As Ruud have pointed out I allso beleave it's a mix with tatus. If you look away from the fact that it has been ringed as a GBBG, what would you have id'ed it as? As the colony are a mix of GBBGulls, tatus and LBBGulls, can a hybrid with LBBG be ru...
