One such individual - a juvenile (Aug) in southern France a few years back. As a matter of fact it was very close to this individual here (http://www.helsinki.fi/~rauste/juvmic/m ... 68259.html), thus like yours.

That p9 is missing seems the right conclusion, with p10 as the remaning old primary. So, primary moult going on in January - does it make a heuglini?
Probably not enough since late moulting graellsii do occur. However, if this is not a heuglini I give up
