It looks like the inner primaries in at least the right wing appear to be 2nd generation.
Together with the dark underwing, why not a lbbg type?

Hi Amir, the full winter plumage on this date, combined with the active moult should suggest a high arctic bird. The moult in the inner wing is different in both wings, with p4-p7 in the right wing and p1-p6 in the left, together with S1. This reminds me of a bird having moulted as a result of some illness. Nice to report is that currently a ringed 1st winter is staying in my home town.
The first March record for Holland, this bird was first discovered at Oss in February.
