But fully agree on the problem of northern Norway birds.
Certainly since we saw more than 1 bird then and 4 yesterday. They show the build of a non-fuscus but
have moult-scores as fuscus, for example the ringed bird..

Difficult to say, but the prim covs do not stand out as being fresher in the inner wing.
Besides I see something of an edge next to the fresh p2, which may be a worn or broken p3...

Last week, they were back again and accompanied by many gulls, the fishing boats! On Tuesday, numbers remained low but on Thursday, 1000s of LBBG and HG found the famous dike of Westkapelle. Birds turned out to be very approachable, by car up within 2 meters, by foot within 5 meters. 10 1cy ylg, 2 2...

Note the difference in brown on the 2nd gen secondaries, the mirror on the 2nd gen p10 and the black on p3 on
