I think it is a "Larus polonicus", because the tertials are typical cach-like. Unfortunally there is no colour-ring.

Cachinnans is right for me. Note also the tertials, broad cremy-pale tops.

Looks more cachinnans-like. Note billshape and -colouration and also the neck-streakes.

Wloclawek-colony existed already in the 1990ies, majority Herrings. But now I think Caspians overwhelm the Herrings, like in German inland. Greg knows more...

Dmitri, a 2000er mixed colony explains some mysteries in Western Europe. There is evolution at our door and in front of our eyes, seems to be high pressure of cachinnans to Northwest. The gull at Armins photo comes from a mixed colony, but I see nothing against a pure Herring gull. If the parents known, we can not exclude an extramarital copulation.

The German summary shows NOT the high number of birds hatched in the mixed colonies in East-Germany and Poland.

Looks surely like an intermedius. We have single Darkbacked gulls in the inland of East Germany, they breed with everywhem equal come from.
