ID help needed

Hi Guys,
Today, I took some pictures of a quite strange gull (at least for me) near Debrecen, Hungary.
Unfortunately, I have nothing on the underwing but I have a feeling that it can't be attributed to any pure species. I saw it standing from larger distance facing towards me and it had evenly streaked round head.
Any ideas?
