Strange "caspian like" gull

Pictures from a gull taken on 26.01.2016, landfill near Ruse, NE Bulgaria.
I have posted it on FB some days ago, but no many people commented it there. Any opinions and suggestions about ID are very welcomed!
Note stripes on head, slender bill, long legs, black dots on P3 and P2 (smaller), compact body with same size ass other gulls presented (YLGs, CGs), even that form some pictures it looks to be much more bigger.
