could it be an Herring?

it was really darker than all the 1st w. yellow-legged

can someone help me?

Like Cristian writes it's a YLG. One good character to check is if a bird has replaced wing coverts. Herring Gulls normally don't do this before the complete moult in their first summer (but see several exceptions in this topic). Given the number of replaced wing coverts in your bird, this character by itself already excludes Herring.
