Looks like a 1cy Yellow-legged Gull.

Welcome to the forum Menotti!
A bird with a Finnish ring is unlikely to be a YLG... Given the similarities between YLG and Baltic Herring, the relatively advanced scapular moult, paler bill base and bill shape this should be a Herring. More pictures are welcome though.

It's a Baltic Gull after all, looks very much like our local birds! I'll drop a line to the Finnish gullers to see if they have ever seen in back in Finland.

Really it was reported by the ringing center as a Baltic Gull ringed as pullus...however I received inputs about it being a HG

Looking at the second pic I have to agree with Ruud that it looks much better for a Baltic Gull (but I doesn't look good at all for a HG )...
