Looks more cachinnans-like. Note billshape and -colouration and also the neck-streakes.

Actually I photographed that bird with cachinnans in my mind but after seeing the pictures I found the heavily marked upper- and underparts, the head streaking a bit disturbing for that species...
Any other comments?
