2cy at Westkapelle with some Heuglini characters

Evenin' All,

it's been a while since anyone claimed even a possible heuglini from anywhere. The bird in the attached pic's was photographed on 2 October 2018 at Westkapelle, SW Netherlands. Nearly all sec's are juvenile, p1-7 "new", p8-10 juvenile. The very plain greater cov's were very obvious in flight. Tail mostly white with some small black spots on (some of the) new feathers, with at least two juvenile feathers in there as well. The bird does however not stand out as thick billed and sturdy build as I would suppose a Heuglins would be. Without a ring or any previous experience of this taxon I hesitate to claim it as anything but it does bear some resemblance to the Austrian bird a few years back. Anyone any new idea's on how to tackle this age-group of Heug's? Or an6y other suggestion for an ID?

Don't know if thick-billed should be the first impression, Pim. The bill is often described as 'slightly droopy', not unlike in your bird actually.
