P5 marking in Herring

Heres an adult male caught on nest. Storøy, Mandal, Vest-Agder, Norway, with similar marking on P5

What date did you catch this bird, Nils Helge?
Or, did you catch more birds with started moult?

It was caught 25.05.2008. Yes we caught about 15 more HG they were allso molting.

They are not far behind Moerdijk birds!
Are they caught in the South of Norway or are they true argentatus?

They where all caught in Mandal in southeren Norway! So not "true" tatus, as those up north.

It would be nice to have the scorings presented in some kind of table.
We made categories for the birds trapped at Moerdijk. Some first data are on this page:

I have to go through the text again, but so far the birds that serve as illustrations (right hand side of the pages) should be correct.
