Hello,
We are observing good number of 1st year Herring gulls in Lithuania with right leg Yellow plastic rings HCxxx (HC342). One college read the metal ring (left leg) and it was Belarusian, but the Yellow plastic ring is not known to be used in Belarus. Does anybody have more information about this project. I can add photos later if there will be helpful.
