Larus schistisagus?

Dear colleagues,
birdwatchers from Belarus have found on the river in winter (Grodno) Larus schistisagus Stejn. Do you think this definition is correct?

there should be no doubt. string of pearls can be nicely seen at 2:03 in the video, and everything else fits perfectly.
