graellsii/intermedius in arad, romania

hi folks,

please have a look at this pale ad. or subad. bird from fuscus-complex. it looks like a graellsii or pale intermedius (the latter is what i'd expect to be a scarce transient in pannonia (hungarian plains), arad being at their eastern edge, where otherwise dominated by nominate fuscus in occurence. observations of pale fuscus types have increased this autumn in hungary and on 4.12.2010 there were together 2 ad. and poss. 1cy at socodor fishponds north of arad (szilard d. by mail).
i think heuglini can be excluded by primary moult state. it corresponds well with moult in western lbbg, maybe a pale intermedius? or even a graellsii?
it's apical spots on p6-9 look small - is it a 3rd cycle or a 4rth cycle? no dark marks on tertials visible and p10 mirror is longish.
pics provided made by luca dehelean and provided by szilard daroczi.
anything pointing to one or the other ssp.?

1st pic 20.11., 2-4 on 4.12.2010
(i think it's the same ind.)

The non-pensil-like streaking in the hindneck and the primary moult suggest intermedius, indeed.
