5cy (?) YLG with dark iris

bucharest, 14.02.2009 (pic by cristian) - a bird which i couldn't asses rapidly.
looking at both under- and upperwing pattern this should be a michahellis. as such it has (if a 4cy) an unusually developed p9 mirror and a dark iris. maybe it's a 5cy because it looks adult like except for the few dark p coverts. that would explain the large apical spots, large p9 and p10 tongue and presence of a considerable p9 mirror. right?
