hi cristian,
the extensivedark mark on bill and small mirrors indeed suggest a younger bird but it's much more likely a 4th cycle (now 5cy) than 3rd cycle - most 3rd winters don't have p9 mirrors and at least show some dark markings to alula and primary coverts.
