I believe this bird is still within the variation seen in Med Gull, Lou.
I have attached 5 different examples here, photographed in Boulogne (France) and in Belgium.
The few hybrids that I have seen, have always shown the white leading edge to the outer wing of Black-headed Gull.

wow, that bird in the 4th pic (download/file.php?id=4839) has really extended black! didn't find such ind. on a quick search through the net.
the lack of white leading edge made me feel unsure, that's why i posted it here - thanks for giving me this fast reply.
