Yesterday at Noordwijk, BHG from Poland. Today at Katwijk, argentatus from Finland & argenteus from Holland.

Today, 28 Febr, I had two very dark adult argentatus at the beach. But also this bird, close in upperparts or even beyond the argentatus (clearly darker than local birds). It's presumed 4cy (3rd winter), with a long snouty head and nice streaking on the neck. Note the completely white underwings...
