Could be a Caspian Gull

A colleague of Madrid Gull Team took this pictures last Sunday in Madrid, he think that can be a Caspian Gull.
Any comment are welcome.

Hello,
L. cachinnans is the most common big gull in my neighborhood. In this time, in this age (after first winter) is typical cachinnans more free - coloured (white head, grey scapulars, brown coverts). Moreover coverts on your bird have strong pattern and typical cachinnans has coverts like "wash". So I think it isnt cachinnans, but I dont know what it is.
