Hyper or hybrid.....?

Hi all:
On 13.1.2013 I have sighted a 1w larus hyperboreus at one of my local patches in NW Spain. Looking the pics carefully I saw this is not an ok bird..... Is this tail band and the dark centres of the tertials sufficient for speaking of an hybrid? or it´s an odd hyper?
