i don't think so. even though a very small p10 tongue, no mirror and well marked underwings, the long bill, dark eye and small amount of grey coverts to me all point towards caspian gull. if bill is yellow in 2nd alternate michahellis it readily gets vivid yellow. this one is long and pale yellow with the quite typical all dark tip. the very fine parallel transversal bands on rectrices (basal of tail band) also are not this regular in michahellis. a well marked/dark male cachinnans for me.
