I would like to receive opinions about the identification of this gull, was located in Coruña, North of Spain in December and there are doubts if it is a Viking / Nelson or a very extreme HG.

Sorry for my late reply. I too think this is beyond normally Herring Gull. There must have been strong influence of hyperboreus in this bird: Viking Gull.
