Mars!
This Gull was photographed in Cyprus on 18.1.20 by S. Cristoduolides and presumably a Baltic.
Looks like a 3cy but the age might not so easy? Pic are not the best but it looks like that the primaries are of a different generation, my take would be that the inners are 3 gen and the middle, or even the rest might be 2 gen, inspite of the mirror on p10. What's your take Mars?

Re: Baltic Gull
Hi Jan,
Hard to tell the exact generation and timing of replacement when feathers are in such bad condition. In Lesser Black-backeds the primaries are sometimes difficult to age, but in this bird the secondaries are obviously adult-like and the wear in secondaries is about the same as it is in the primaries, so I assume the timing for moult must have been the same more or less. Therefore the primaries may well be 3rd gen, which would explain the obvious mirror in P10?

Re: Baltic Gull
I remember photographing his sister (would be 20CY this year, but an almost exact replica!):
