Gull from today on Lubna, Poland for ID

I have only this poor picture from behind. Then bird run away, it was snowing a lot and I have not found the bird again.

Any ideas?

Another gull to ID from 30 january from Lubna dump.
A quite dark scaps confusing me a bit. Is that a darker than average HG?

Both look like dark Herring Gulls to me.
