Our friend Óscar Frías sigthed this gull at 05-03-10 in Talavera de la Reina, Toledo, Spain.
We do not know which is the species.
It seems that the gray feathers of the mantle are not so dark as show off to be in the photos.
We think that it can be a herring gull, but we have doubts.
Some suggestion?
Is this one Herring Gull of second winter?

I'm not able to rule out a Lesser Black-backed Gull...

It looks most like a 2cy Lesser Black-backed Gull or maybe a Ylg .

The non-juvenile wing coverts and primaries suggest a 3cy LBBG.
