The gull was really big comparing to feeding nearby Herring Gulls - seen at the end of December on refuse tip in Konin (Central Poland).
Is it possible to tell more about it?

That's a funny bird. I would agree on cachinnans but there is so much flecking on the head? So maybe a true white-winged bird.
