Dark 1st-winter gull: L. a. argentatus?

On 22.1.15 that dark and slender 2nd-cy gull, very unusual here in Western France (at least for me). A first look gives a LBBG feeling but the tertials, coverts look more HG, don't they? I was thinking it could be a L. a. argentatus… Any comment, idea would be welcome…

Alain,
Everything looks okay for Herring Gull. An open-wing shot would be a bonus.

Hi Alain,
Birds with the scaps all juvenile by mid January must origin from far north. Should be argentatus...
