I'm an ornithologist from india and pretty much interested in Gulls....
Here are some snaps I captured Last year from Kutch- gujarat in Wester India...

Hi Arpit.
In short, yes they look like heuglini - that is to say - in the way I understand it. These would be from spring, maybe March or slightly later i gather.
Except for the ichthyaetus in pic. 4 I´m not sure whether the others are barabensis or heuglini or something else. I´m sure others will comment your gulls.

Andreas has done a short but through survey of a mixed flock barabensis, heuglini and several 'unIDed gulls', total about 1200 birds. He presents his findings in tables. Interesting reading for people in Gujarat, and probably elsewhere along the coast down to Mumbai.
