Evening all
This is my first post on this forum and am interested in peoples opinion in this juv gull I photographed on a Landfill site in Norfolk, UK last week. I wonder if it could be a juv cach based on the tertial pattern ( broadish pale edges), spotted undertail coverts, significant pale pattern on inner primaries, pale underwing and double wing barred effect on upper wing in flight. Can michahellis look like this? There were up to 12 juv michs on site.
Thanks for any help
Stef
