3cy cach/mich/tatus? in Trier, Germany

andreas buchheim tended towards an odd caspian or a tatus x cach. hard to exclude a mich here (for me).

This bird looks to be in the herring/ cach camp judging the mirror on p10.
The short legs suggest tatus, the head micha, the wing-coverts micha/ cach, belly cach...
