Today this gull was seen by a single observer along the west coast of Jutland in Denmark. Is it a second winter Iceland gull?

I have trouble making up my mind and think the tail is rather dark and uniform

2nd cycle Iceland Gull indeed. They are sometimes a bit more heavily pigmented than in 1st cycle.
In 2nd cycle Kumlien's Gull, I would expect a darker iris, no ?

And with a reversed pattern on the primaries (for kumlieni), meaning somehow darker (not specifying the actual pattern), on the outer with paler inners, no?
