Hay everybody,
I´m a new member in this forum and I have equal a question.
Is this bird only a pale 3cy Herring Gull?

yes, that's exactly what your gull is - a nice 3cy argentatus. i'm not in the position to argue about subspecific level, but the extent of brown marked scaps might indicate a slightly more northern bird? nice pale bird with contrasting pattern.
