The head-streaking, spot instead of a band on p5, headshape and moult-timing may point to a not-so-obvious-cach.
Ringed in winter?

A wild guess:
Snudy Lake, Lakino Island, Braslav district, Vitebsk region, Belarus ( 55.46'N 27.03'E)?
Ruud & I had two such rings in Poland, a few years ago.

Re: Adult Caspian with ring from Belarus
KNxx-rings have been used (most likely all of them?) at Gatovo near Minsk in a roof-breeding mixed colony cachinnans + argentatus, in the year 2006. So KN76 must be a 5cy and I have no doubt in it´s determination as a pure cachinnans.
I had KN56 (argentatus) 2 winters ago in Wörth/Austria.
Best regards
Wolfgang
