The first one showing all adult-like p1 and p2 in 2nd generation primaries.
Surprising!
As is the very pale eye at this age!
By accident, is it possible to exclude 4cy?

I don't know what to say - if it's a 4cy bird then it is a unusual one. I will upload soon more pics with this bird.
