2cy smith look-alike/smith candidate?, NW-Spain

This individual was photographed by Daniel López Velasco on the 23rd of January 2018 in Galicia, NW-Spain. It appears to have quite barred upper tail coverts in the flight shot. The markings on the upperparts, e.g. coverts and tertials are quite coarse, and intermixed with white. The strong contrast between lighter head and the darker body is of interest. It has quite broad tailband, but with some barring on the outermost tailfeathers.
