2cy-Viking type? Iceland
This viking gull was found in Keflavík harbour on the 24th of February 2019 by Stefán Ragnarsson. It has in many ways unusual plumage, the darkness of the plumage is not usual for glaucous gull, with so relatively smooth upper. It is very large and bulky. Also, most vikings similar to this one have bi-coloured bill. The features suggesting viking is the narrow tailband and large inner primary window.
