black marked bill adult LBBG

Taken on 22.10.14 at a landfill site of Western France, this LBBG has been ringed [LAWR(<94);LBM(5473531);RAN] as an adult in 2013 at Rotterdam (RJ Buijs, life-history on http://baguage.lpo-anjou.org/94-N).
Much black on its bill, isn't it?

the legs are exceptionally flesh coloured too.
