9011796gr looks like a LBBG to me...
Some YLG shown here are really in a moulting hurry, regarding the amount of new/ growing scaps and even more, wingcoverts.

Hi Theo,
I have to agree with you that 9011796gr looks like a LBBG, but I think it's an odd YLG... It's unlikely to see a 1cy LBBG on the Romanian coast, because this species doesn't breed in Romania. For Romania, LBBG is a rather rare vagrant.
I also have to say that I don't have experience with LBBG, so maybe I'm wrong...
I attached here another pic of the bird (as a matter of fact, I'm almost sure that it is the same bird...
).
I would like to know more opinions about this bird...

Very dark and cold colour on all upperparts; very fresh plumage; tertial pattern; greater covert pattern (very dark); slender bill; long wing; black primaries.
What about an early fuscus fuscus?

Thank you for your input, Ruud.Ruud Altenburg wrote:I agree with Theo, this is an LBBG.
P.S. Conclusion: I have to learn more about the LBBG.
