Presumed Kum and Age??

Dear all:
Any opinion about this nice gull?. Looks good for kumlien but there are not flying pics.
I can´t see the right age..... Looks 2w to me but..... Perhaps a 3w bird?.

Hi Antonio,

flight shots are definitely necessary here, both for ageing as well as identification...
My guess for now is that this may be a (retarded) 3rd-cycle bird, because the bill colour looks a bit advanced for a 2nd cycle and some blue-grey median coverts are present.
However, I am not yet convinced that this is really a Kumlien's.

Thanks you very much for your opinion; yes, I´m not sure with the ID becouse there are no flight pic as you say.
Unfortunately there are no more pics .....
The bird was not present today.....
