Adult Pallas's Gull - February 8th 2014

I think this is the second record for Bucharest in the last 25 years or so.

I'm not 100% sure, but I tend to agree on the ID, Cristian! Best to send it over to Holland for a full confirmation...

Thank you for the ID confirmation, Mars ;). Now about sending it to Holland - I'm afraid that you'll have to wait a little bit, because I received similar requests from other three or four countries. I have to discuss with the bird about his/her agenda... :D
