3cy bird?

Pictures taken on February 20th in Bucharest. GBB Gull is a rare vagrant in Romania, so I have a very limited experience with this species. Is it a 3cy bird?

Thank you for confirmation, Lou. This time we have a relative large bird. It was visible larger than the nearby YL Gulls.

Browsing my pics taken on February 20th, I spotted this one - a better view of the wing tip.
