Pictures taking in Madrid on January 15th.
In my opinon is an hibrid L.delawarensis x L. canus, and I am not sure if it is a 1 or 2º winter.

Broad white tertial edges, dark mantle, no chevrons in the mantle or on underparts, no anchor-pattern on the coverts >> common gull
