Leucistic LBBG or Iceland Gull?

Hi to all,

I would appreciate your comments about this Gull, is it just me that see´s a leucistic LBBG??? Head and bill doesn´t seem right for Iceland.
Clamed as an Iceland, and present in Lisbon area from last November, probably the same bird
