I videod this striking looking gull on a beach near Coruna, N. Spain in October 2004(!) and couldn't identify it at the time but after a recent visit to the Azores I am sure it is a 1cy Azorean Atlantic Gull. This could be the first mainland record for Spain and so I am seeking informed opinion to back up any submission. The video is viewable via the following link:-
