A very dark and clean 1cy fuscus type.
I do not see anything wrong for fuscus fuscus...

since i'm not member of club300 i'm not posting there but here.
to me the bird also looks like a baltic gull. i know it's difficult but the whitish underside is something which is not unseen in 1st cycle baltics, like in this: http://www.tarsiger.com/gallery/index.p ... 7&lang=eng
also structurally the bird fits (bill, elongated shape) a fuscus rather than a heuglini, but that might be somewhat subjective.
