Larus marinus?

Dear colleagues,
on the this five photographs taken in winter in Minsk (Belarus) on the river Svisloch, I guess Larus marinus L. Is this true?

Yes, marinus.
Also a lot of nice herrings and a cachinnans.

a few weeks ago I have seen male and female of L. marinus in centre of Minsk on ice of Svislach river (female was probably the same which you see here on pics). If gulls which concentrate here breed in Minsk we can witness a new breeding species for the country.

I guess in accordance to morphological indications this is an young Larus marinus.
I would be grateful for your comments.

I do not see any indications for marinus. The bird looks more like a Herring Gull to me.
