Here it is fresh sigthing from today's visit at refuse tip near Poznań (western Polnad).
Could that be Larus schistisagus?

Thank you for response. Could be that due to weather condition (foggy day) the mantle seemed to be more grey than black. It looked even lighter than that of adult l.f.graellsii seen in the same flock (but unfortunately not shown in the films).
